It has low density, light weight, easy deformation, easy molding, impact resistance, good sound and energy absorption, Porous material with good performance such as high load-bearing, high elasticity, good folding resistance, low pressure resistance, wear resistance, tear resistance, radiation resistance, shock absorption and buffering. Its excellent and unique comprehensive properties are not available in ordinary plastics and rubbers. At the same time, it has a wide range of hardness, from Shore A10-100. These characteristics are very suitable as caster materials.

Solid rubber tires use an iron core, aluminum core, steel core or plastic core as the wheel core, and high-quality rubber is wrapped around the outer edge of the wheel core, and the wheel surface is formed by high-temperature curing and vulcanization. It has the superior performance of shock absorption, impact resistance, high elasticity, very protective ground, and corrosion resistance to many aggressive substances. Specially protects the ground, absorbs shocks, and is resistant to many aggressive substances, but not oil. In addition, they offer high operating comfort and low rolling resistance in poor ground conditions. The greater the number of tire plies, the higher the strength. The carcass strength determines the maximum tire pressure and load carrying capacity. To ensure optimum use and long life, the tire pressures listed in the table should be strictly observed and checked regularly. Tire pressure that is too high or too low can damage or destroy the tire. The color is black. Pneumatic tires are suitable for temperatures ranging from -30°C to +50°C. The wheel or tire dimensions are for new, unloaded tires that vary slightly in width and diameter during operation.
10. Soft rubber wheel
The soft rubber wheels are based on a specially developed highly elastic rubber compound. They are particularly protective of floors, absorb shocks and are resistant to many aggressive substances, but not to oils.
