There are many types of single wheels for industrial casters, and there are different choices in size, model, tire surface, etc. according to different use environments and requirements.
1. Determine the size of the wheel diameter: usually determined according to the load-carrying weight and installation height requirements. The larger the diameter of the wheel, the easier it is to push, and the greater the load capacity; at the same time, it can better protect the ground from damage.
2. Select the wheel material: first consider the size of the road surface, obstacles, residues on the site (such as iron filings, grease), the environmental conditions (such as high temperature, normal temperature or low temperature) and the weight that the wheel can carry. The conditions determine the selection of suitable soft and hard materials for the wheels.
When used on rough or uneven ground or with residual substances, nylon wheels or cast iron wheels with good wear resistance should be selected;
When used on smooth and clean ground, rubber wheels, polyurethane wheels, pumping wheels or artificial rubber wheels should be selected for walking without noise, quietness and good elasticity;
When working under special high temperature or low temperature, or the working environment has a large temperature difference, you should choose metal wheels or special high temperature resistant wheels;
Where it is required to prevent static electricity, it is best to use special anti-static wheels, or metal wheels (if the ground does not require protection);
When there is a large amount of corrosive media in the working environment, wheels and stainless steel brackets with good corrosion resistance should be selected accordingly.
The inflator is also suitable for occasions with light loads and soft and uneven road surfaces.
