Q1. Can I get free samples from Chaiju Hardware Industry ?
A: We would be honor to offer you free samples, and we believe that you would be willing to pay for the freight fee for
such good products. Please provide your DHL/FedEx or other freight collect number and advise which express type should be chosen,
international express type(2~3days) or economic type (4~5days).
Q2. What is your payment terms ?
A: It is usually 30% advanced payment, 70% before shipment, hope we have reached agreement for this regular payment manner.

Q3. What about your lead time ?
A: Ussually,  sample needs 5-7 days, mass production time needs 20 days. It is up to the quantity and stocking.

Q4. Is it OK to print my logo on casters ?
A: Sure.
Option 1 - Build the molds and fixtures upon your sample or technical drawings
Option 2 - Add your logo on hardware or wheel
Option 3 - Pack the casters in your customized carton
